Wexford Options Seminar – Forestry

Teagasc Wexford/Wicklow/Carlow are hosting a series of Options Seminars in November. The Teagasc Options Programme provides information and training for farmers looking to explore new ideas and generate additional income in the area of farm diversification.

An Options Seminar will take place on Thursday, 13^th November at 7pm in the Teagasc Advisory office, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Y21 ED27 which focuses on forestry options for your farm. Catherine Colfer, Options Co-ordinator will be joined by Michael Somers, Teagasc Forestry Advisor.

The seminar will provide an overview of the forestry options which can provide good long-term benefits through forestry premiums, timber production, biodiversity, and climate change mitigation.
