Science Week Farm Walk: “Ewe Want to know more about Sheep”

Science Week takes place from Sunday, 9^th – 16^th November. Science Week at Teagasc is an educational, inspiring and fun week, packed full of amazing science activities for children and grown-ups alike. Find out more about Science Week at Teagasc here

Secondary school students are invited to Teagasc, Mellows Campus, Athenry, Co. Galway on Tuesday, 11^th November from 9:30am – 3pm to get an insight into on-going research on an extensive sheep farm.

During this visit students will learn about animal science, sheep breeds, grassland and environmental management and so much more.
