Current Projects
QuantiFarm, a Horizon Europe project, brings together 30 partners, interacting with 30 test cases in 20 countries, covering 10 biogeographical regions and 7 agri-food sectors. QuantiFarm focuses on supporting the further deployment of Digital Agricultural Technology Solutions (DATSs) as key enablers for enhancing the sustainability performance and competitiveness of the agricultural sector.
Synergy has been created with DairyMix, a multi-country, cross-continent project examining Dairy Production Systems. DairyMix is carrying out a multi-criteria assessment, developing decision support, modelling and management tools for sustainable circular mixed farming systems.

No Teagasc students at present. I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of students from decades of formal, informal, and nonformal teaching experiences. Subject matter has included critical skills, science communication, agricultural education, environmental education, resilience, and teaching and learning.
