Food Innovation Gateways is part of the Teagasc Food Technology and Knowledge Transfer Strategy to support Irish food companies. The Gateways initiative promotes opportunities for the Irish food industry to engage with Teagasc research.
The upcoming Gateways event will explore how artificial intelligence and digital technologies will reshape Ireland’s food sector. From automation and smart systems to personalised nutrition and predictive processing, this event will showcase real-world applications of AI across the agri-food value chain.
