Watch: Preparing for second thinning – conifer forest management

He discusses the key elements that need to be considered when preparing a conifer forest for second thinning. These include: the correct timing; the need to take accurate tree measurements; as well as the importance of thinning control and log quality, while protecting the forest during thinning operations.
