Research Interests

Dairy cow health epidemiology, with a focus on antibiotics use control, somatic cell count (SCC) dynamics and intramammary infection risk during the dry period. Simulation modelling and scenario analysis for evaluating selective dry cow therapy strategies at herd and national level. Antimicrobial use reduction and stewardship in livestock production systems. Large-scale dataset management and integration. Decision support tool development for evidence-based farm management. Statistical analysis of observational and experimental veterinary data, including risk factor identification and model validation.
