The panellists, Sean Thorton, Cavan Adventure Centre; Pauric McGearty, Carafin Lodge & Margaret Farrelly, Margaret’s Eggs gave an insight into how they have diversified their family farms into agri-tourism and poultry in order to generate additional income. A Q&A session took place after each presentation.
