Santiago is a Research Officer specialising in livestock system analysis. His research focuses on understanding the impact of livestock production on the sustainability of the entire food system. He is particularly interested in assessing the performance and economic impact of various farming systems, seeking opportunities for sustainable improvements. Santiago’s work aims to provide high-quality, data-driven insights to agribusiness stakeholders and decision-makers, helping to shape a more sustainable future for the industry
