Future Food Science

Event Description: Come along for “Crunching the Numbers: Understanding What People Eat” – a fun-filled event all about the science of food! First, learn how numbers help us understand what people like to eat. Then, explore cool food topics in a speed-meet with experts, where you’ll discover things like how we check the quality of meat, design smart food packaging, and make healthy eating easier. Finally, take a guided tour of our research labs to see where scientists study plants, trees, and other exciting projects. It’s the perfect chance to explore how science helps make our food even better!
