John, Noreen and Billy Dunne

John Dunne is farming in partnership with his wife Noreen and their son Billy in Ladysbridge, Co. Cork.  They are currently milking 254 cows on a milking platform of 90.5 ha, with a 43 ha outblock. Like many farms in East Cork, drought can be a big challenge in the summer months. In 2025, the Dunne’s produced 520kgs milk solids per cow with a herd EBI of €160.
