Farm Safety Week Event at Leahy’s Open Farm

Join Teagasc Cork East and Leahy’s Open Farm on Thursday, 23 July from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm for a fun and educational Farm Safety Week event, with activities designed to promote farm safety for families and children.

Activities on the day include:

• Story time from the Stay Safe on the Farm with Jessy book
• Farm-themed face painting
• Height safety on the farm
• Farm safety messages through Jenga blocks
• Live tractor safety demonstration
• Livestock safety
