During the session, we will discuss why farmers are particularly vulnerable to arthritis, the signs and symptoms to look out for, and the key differences between inflammatory and non-inflammatory forms of the condition, including how they are diagnosed and treated.
The webinar will also highlight the importance of recognising symptoms early and seeking timely intervention to help improve long-term outcomes. Practical advice will be shared on reducing joint strain through task variation, allowing adequate recovery time, and investing in equipment designed to support musculoskeletal health.
The session will also cover the benefits of maintaining a healthy weight and incorporating regular movement, flexibility and strengthening exercises to help protect joints, manage symptoms and support overall wellbeing.
Whether you are experiencing joint pain or simply want to take proactive steps to protect your health, this webinar will provide valuable insights and practical strategies to help you continue farming well into the future.
