On a recent Integrated Pest Management Webinar, which took place on Wednesday, 7th April 2021, Donall Flanagan, Teagasc Horticulture Development Department was joined by David Davidson, Technical Consultant with Koppert to discuss aphid pest control.
David gave an insight into the strategies for aphid control using IPM methods in a range of protected ornamental and horticultural crops. He also introduced the latest developments from Koppert to help in management of aphids and some other pests. These include Aphiscout containing 5 different parasitic wasps and Lacewing egg product.
