Research Interests
Amy O’Leary is a Research Officer in the Department of Agrifood Business and Spatial Analysis, working on the HORIZON project VALPRO Path-new Value Landscapes for Plant Protein Pathways. Amy’s research focus currently includes plant protein policy and transition pathways.
General research interests include food systems and sustainability transitions.
