Linda is part of a multidisciplinary team driving the partnership and development of AgNav, a farmer-centric digital sustainability framework focused on measuring carbon footprints in Irish agriculture. Her research centres on developing pig and poultry models for integration into AgNav. By using a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tool, Linda gathers inventory data to model emissions. Her work aims to establish a baseline for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the pig and poultry sectors and recommend strategies to reduce their environmental impact
