Dr O’Hanlon discusses some of the economic and environmental impacts of phythophora species to horticulture in Ireland and how some asic control measures remain the best guard against the disease. Mr. Kealy discuss the recent finding of a single case of Oak Processionary Moth and control measures that are in place to prevent out breaks occurring.
