Part Time courses in Agriculture

Students who do not wish to pursue a full time programme with Teagasc can opt to complete some courses on a part-time basis.

Entry Requirement

You must be over 23 years of age at the time of starting the Part Time “Green Cert” course.

This is a combined programme of two awards. The Level 5 Certificate in Agriculture and the Level 6 Specific Purpose Certificate in Farming, which meets the educational requirements for trained farmer status.
