Omobolanle is a PhD researcher and Walsh scholar at Teagasc Animal Bioscience Research Centre, Grange, in collaboration with the University of Galway. Her research focuses on developing sustainable nutritional strategies to reduce enteric methane emissions from beef cattle. Her broader research interests include ruminant nutrition, greenhouse gas mitigation, sustainable food systems, and data-driven approaches to livestock research. Through her research, she aims to contribute to the development of climate-smart livestock production systems
