Visit of MainstreamBio project to Moorepark

The team from the MainstreamBIO Project visited Teagasc Food Research Centre for an day of knowledge-sharing and collaboration. It was a opportunity to exchange ideas, explore potential partnerships, and underscore how our collective efforts are shaping the future of food science and bioprocessing. 

Presentations included those from Prof. Olivia McAuliffe (Food Systems Pillar Lead) who provided background on Teagasc’s research activities along with an overview of the capabilities of our Bioprocessing suite, Prof. Paul Cotter on the breadth of research within the Food Biosciences department and Dr Muireann Egan on the Teagasc Climate Centre.
