The Teagasc FBD Environmental Sustainability Awards 2026 are now open for applications
The Teagasc FBD Environmental Sustainability Awards 2026 are back and applications are now open! The awards aim to recognise and celebrate the actions that individual farmers are taking to improve the overall environmental sustainability of their farming business.
With six award categories, an overall winner, and a total prize fund of €30,000, the awards celebrate farmers who are leading the way.
If you are making a positive difference on your farm, we encourage you to apply and showcase your work or if you know someone who might be a good fit, please encourage them to apply.
Closing date for applications is Friday 27th February 2026. Judging and shortlisting of finalists will commence after this date.
