Project Title: An Evaluation of the future role of and support for practical learning.

Summary:

The aim of this project is to identify how Teagasc can improve the contribution of hosts to its training programmes through quality selection and an improved training process. The project will aim to establish how the learning experience of the student could be enhanced by developing better technical, financial, personal and communication skills of the host.
