Project Title: Understanding the role of training in supporting the development of organic farms

Project overview: Recognizing the pivotal role that training programs such as the 25-hour level 5 organic principles course plays in advancing organic farming practices and evaluating the courses content and delivery, forming a theory of change tool that can then also be used in further courses in Teagasc.
