Masters in Agricultural Innovation Support Research Projects 2021-2023Project Title: Engaging Farmers in Conversations about Climate Change

Overview: The agriculture sector in Ireland is now faced with a challenge of reducing Greenhouse Gas emissions by 25% by 2030. Niamh’s research is being carried out with the SignPost Programme, which aims to reduce agricultural emissions in Ireland. Her research will specifically focus on developing a support tool which will increase farmers’ engagement in conversations about climate change whilst also helping farmers to reduce the emissions of their farms.
