Project Title: Improving profit on winter milk farms – use of co-design approach to enhance knowledge transfer packages
Project description:
This project sets out to explore the profitability of winter milk farms. The aim of the project is to develop a framework that is co-designed with farmers in order to improve the profits on their farms. The framework will be designed for the famers, by the farmers. Knowledge exchange will be encouraged throughout the project. Through the implementation of this framework, winter milk producers will have a tool that can be used to evaluate and improve the key management efficiencies on their farm therefore, improving profits.
