Biography
Dara is looking at infant gut microbiome. Specifically he is looking at the effect caesarean section has on the infant gut microbiome. Dara is experienced in 16S rRNA DNA and whole-genome sequencing, gas chromatography, freeze-drying, bacterial culturing, and bioreactor fermentation. He primarily works with gut microbes. He is a native of Cork.
